I am a mother of two first and foremost. I am also an early years specialist and parenting guide with over 15 years working with the under 7’s and their families. Parent in your pocket is my business supporting parents and children alike with their mental health in mind. I run courses and consultations as well as providing lots of free content. I first qualified as an early years teacher with postgraduate certificate in psychology and since then have worked my way through each year group all the way back to zero! I have run my own Childminding business and now manage a nursery part time alongside running my business. I am also qualified in baby massage.
